Multi Purpose Cleaner and Degreaser (APC)

With increasing restrictions on the use of solvent-containing degreasers and cleaners, a safer water-based cleaner was needed. Surfex HD provides performance levels that match and even exceed solvent systems, while meeting the latest standards of biodegradability. Surfex HD attacks all oil and grease based soiling, but, unlike solvent based cleaners, will also effortlessly clean organic, or water deposited grime. Surfex HD can be adjusted in strength to suit the level of cleaning needed. Surfex HD remains active at even levels of just 1 part cleaner to 200 parts water for light work, or use full strength for extreme cleaning capability.

Surfex HD is recommended for all arduous automotive, commercial, and domestic cleaning duties. It can be used on exterior and interior surfaces, paint, alloy wheels, tires, fabric, carpets and most surfaces. Spot tests are always advisable. Always test in an inconspicous area before applying liberally and never allow the product to fully dry on the vehicles surface. Surfex HD can be applied by spray bottle or can be used in a foam canon or 1K sprayer for ease of use.

Surfex HD contains zero VOC’s, is biodegradable, non-toxic, and pleasant to use; yet, its ability to remove grease and oil based contamination exceeds many well-know solvent based degreasers.

Using water-based degreasers allows the adjustment of strength to suit the job at hand. Surfex HD can be added to water at just 0.5% to form an effective cleaner for light application and increased to full strength if required for heavy industrial applications.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We offer USPS options for United States domestic orders, including Hawaii and Alaska, PO Boxes, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. We offer standard shipping options, as well as expedited options if you need your package sooner. At this time we do not ship to international addresses, APO addresses, or U.S. Territories that require customs forms.
